Terms of Service

Last updated: February 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EventSnap ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EventSnap is a web-based platform that lets event hosts create QR codes for their events. Guests scan these codes and upload photos and videos straight into the host's Google Drive. We simply facilitate the transfer and never store your media files on our servers.

Don't rent your memories. Own them. Direct to Google Drive.

3. Account Creation

To use EventSnap as an event host, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

4. Google Drive Integration

EventSnap uses OAuth 2.0 authorization to interact with your Google Drive. We only do two things:

We cannot access, read, modify, or delete any other files in your Google Drive. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account settings.

5. User Content

You keep full ownership of everything uploaded through EventSnap. Since files go straight to your Google Drive, they fall under Google's own Terms of Service and storage policies. We make no ownership claims over your photos, videos, or other media.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EventSnap to:

7. Pricing & Payments

EventSnap offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are processed through Stripe. When you purchase a plan, you agree to the following:

All prices are listed in both USD and EUR. For refund requests, please reach out to us at support@eventsnap.co. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Availability

We do our best to keep EventSnap running smoothly, but we cannot promise 100% uptime. We are not responsible for Google Drive outages, internet problems, or anything else outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

EventSnap is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, damages, or interruptions that happen while you use the Service. Since your files live in your own Google Drive, their availability depends on Google's infrastructure and policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Your files remain in your Google Drive regardless of account status.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make any major changes, we will let you know by email or by posting a notice on our website. If you keep using EventSnap after the changes, that counts as accepting the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of the European Union, including GDPR. If a dispute comes up, we will try to resolve it through good-faith conversation first. If that does not work, courts will have jurisdiction.
