We want you to be completely satisfied with EventSnap. If our service does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The request is for a paid plan (Single Event or Unlimited subscription).
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@eventsnap.co with the email address associated with your EventSnap account. Please include the word "Refund" in the subject line.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through our payment partner and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
4. Subscriptions
For the Unlimited monthly subscription:
- You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Renewal charges are not eligible for refund, as you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through your account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.
5. Upload Add-ons
Upload add-on purchases (Upload Pack: 100, 150, or 200) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the bonus uploads have not been used.
6. What Happens After a Refund
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
- Premium features (custom QR branding, password protection, etc.) will no longer be available.
- All files previously uploaded to your Google Drive will remain in your Drive. We never delete your files.
- Your EventSnap account remains active on the free plan.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests, or if the Service was used in violation of our Terms of Service.
