1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EventSnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EventSnap is a web-based platform that allows event hosts to create QR codes for their events. Guests scan these codes and upload photos and videos directly to the host's Google Drive. EventSnap acts as a secure bridge — we facilitate the transfer but never store your media files.

Don't rent your memories. Own them. Direct to Google Drive.

3. Account Registration

To use EventSnap as an event host, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

4. Google Drive Integration

EventSnap requires OAuth 2.0 authorization to access your Google Drive for the sole purpose of:

• Creating folders for your events.
• Uploading files submitted by your event guests.

We do not access, read, modify, or delete any other files in your Google Drive. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content uploaded through EventSnap. Because files go directly to your Google Drive, they are subject to Google's Terms of Service and storage policies. EventSnap makes no claims to ownership of your photos, videos, or other media.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EventSnap to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other malicious activities.
• Exceed reasonable upload volumes or abuse the Service's resources.

7. Pricing & Payments

EventSnap offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

• Single Event Plan ($9.99 / €9.19): One-time payment for up to 3 events with premium features.
• Unlimited Plan ($19.99/mo / €18.39/mo): Monthly subscription for unlimited events and all features. Cancel anytime.

All prices are available in USD and EUR. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at support@eventsnap.co.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. EventSnap is not responsible for Google Drive outages, network issues, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

EventSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or interruptions arising from your use of the Service. Because files are stored in your Google Drive, data availability is subject to Google's infrastructure and policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Your files remain in your Google Drive regardless of account status.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, including GDPR. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts.
